Történetem sok kalvária -fájdalom és csalódás után vezetett a Dsmile "iskolába" Gabihoz-aki kezelésbe vett végre- és bátorított.
A problémáim ízületi eredetűek voltak- rosszul pozícionált fogszabályzás- melynek nyelési kattanás, fülfájdalmak , és tartási problémák lettek a következméyei. Teljesen kilátástalannak tűnt minden- az evés és a beszéd is nehézséget okozott- lelkileg is nagyon megviselt . A fülemben folyamatos dugulás , ropogás..
Gabika megnézett azt mondta tud segiteni- végigcsináltam- igyekeztem ahogyan csak tudtam a 10. alkalmas programon az új szokásokat kialakítani, elsajátítatni. Otthon rengeteg gyakorlás- mindenhol - csináltam, ahol lehetőségem volt. Nem érdekelt, ki mit szól!
Feljártam hetente Budapestre- és érezhető volt hétről hétre , hogy engednek az ízületek, könnyebb lesz- tudok rágni...merek nyelni...normálisan beszélni...artikulálok újra. Hatott mindenre - de minden nap csináltam- csinálom..be kellett épülnie a napjaimba... dolgoztatni- használni az izmokat - BÁTRAN---:-)
